Macromedia View Menu:

View Menu: 

1.     Ruler: Turning on/off

·        Click on view menu.

·        Then click on ruler command.

2.     Toolbar: The menu bar is a special toolbar at the top of the screen that contains menu such as file, edit, view, insert etc. We need also standard, formatting and drawing toolbars.

·        Click on view menu

·        Click on Toolbar command.

·        Then choose Standard, Formatting and Drawing Toolbars.

3.     Full Screen: The full screen view mode provides you a large area for editing the document one cannot see toolbars, menus, scroll bars, ruler lines title bars etc.

·        Click on view menu.

·        Then click on full screen.

4.     Header & Footer: It is used to insert a serial wise page number, the data, a company logo etc. header is a printed in the top margin and footer is printed in the Bottom margin.

·        First click on view menu.

·        Then click on header and footer command.

·        And insert the header and footer whatever you want

·        When you finish, and then click on close button.
